~Anonymous: Long wait. Representative was not helpful. Requested to speak with a supervisor. Put on hold for another ** minutes or more. Call was disconnected by CenturyLink before being able to speak with anyone else.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
