GetHuman-346468: No phone number on the website. But I found this ***-***-**** number on gethuman.com. There was no wait to talk to someone. They were courteous and transferred me to the right person. The second person also answered quickly and was helpful. This doesn't change the fact that a package was shipped *-day economy on **** and hadn't left the origin as of ****, but at least the customer service was accessible and informative.
