~Tim: Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced with any business. Charter mistakenly removed their equipment from a vacation rental I own in the Smokies. I was told several times they would return to reinstall within * hours.....it took * days.*I had a furious rental customer that demanded their money back and I lost a * day rental. Spent over * hours on the phone with * different Charter representatives....passing the buck and giving me false information.*Stay away from Charter.
