~Panda: Called Customer Service to transfer services to my new address. Spoke to rep who was very difficult to understand and perhaps did not understand my request. She kept putting me on hold, asking and re-asking what it is that I want to do* after being on hold for ** minutes (to update my address!!!) we were disconnected. Frustrated, I gave them another call and reached a different rep. He tried to sell me other Charter products after I continuously informed him I am not interested and the only thing I want is to transfer services. After he finally got the point, he told me I have to call a different number to change address and he is unable to help me. Are you fricken serious?! What a waste of time, horrible service, and it took almost * hour to upate my address, something that should NOT even take this long. SMH!!!!!
