~Upset\overit: I have been a customer for two years. During that time I called customer service and told them my modem was out dated and slow. She said it was fine. When a rep came to my house a few months later he said it is a VERY old model and finally had a new one. then when I hooked up cable with my $** a month Internet. The installer didn't want to get I to my attic and not knowing I was there mouthed f---, very dramatically. Then he left the whole mess for me to complete the installation WIRES EVERYWHERE! I let it slide because it was valentine's day and well .. I understand not wanting to be at work. But not even a month later I was hung up on by customer service then treated like a moron by the second. She said "ma'am let me say this in a different way so you can understand" I then proceeded to repeat what she was "trying" to get me to understand. I spoke to her for over and hour and when I got on the the phone with a "supervisor" he also treated me like I didn't understand what they were sa
