~jessicahonda: I have multiply problems with them! they would pick a date to install my serves and then a yr later disconnecting it. * times I have took off a full days of work waiting on someone to either in stall or pick up the boxes all three times they did not show or call. when I called they would say we have no records of the appointment or they would say they moved it to a different day with out telling me. I understand the all day not really knowing what time other then *am-*pm but then not even show up but days later and making it be like its my fault. It cost me great deal to take a full day off with being a single parent. Now they are calling me every day to tell me they need their boxes back and my account has been charged even though I have already spoke to them many times and they are mailing me boxes to put the equipment in to mail back to them. Which takes up to two weeks to even arrive to me. They just say we cant stop the calling the texting and the mail to me even if I'm still wait
