~WillNeverBeACustomer: Someone had used my name and ssn number to get cable and phone services, when i found out, i went through the proper process of the fraud claim ( filed a police report and fax paperwork) but yet hear it is * YEARS later and i still have an open account with a HUGE bill. I've called the claims line, left a message but no one has gotten back to me. This is very frustrating and should've been taken care of years ago! My next step is to a lawyer
