~CHARTER WTF: THIS IS THE PITS. IS THIS A JOKE? I HAVE HAD CHARTER APPROX. A MONTH AND SO FAR MY BOX HAS GONE OUT TWICE ONLY TO RETURN WITH FEWER CHANNELS. PRIOR TO CHARTER, I HAVE HAD OPTIMUM AND COMCAST IN THE PAST AND I ASSURE YOU THAT CHARTER IS BY FAR THE WORST. CONSIDER ALTERNATIVES BEFORE YOU GO WITH CHARTER. IF NOT, PLAN ON RESETTING YOUR CABLE BOX AT LEAST TWICE A MONTH. CONTACTING I CAUTION YOU CONTACTING CHARTER CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA TELEPHONE CAN BE AN EVEN MORE FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE THAN THE OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS. CHARTER Y.S..
