~susan: Chase employees are not competent. The managers avoid having to deal with anything. My bank sends my payment around the **th of the month(it is not due to the **st). They end up har***ing me with phone calls stating they did not receive the payment. This continues for about * weeks. Then the whole process starts over. I have had my bank contact them and even fax information, but nothing has changed. Chase is the WORST company that I have ever dealt with!
