GetHuman-267328: First, I could not ascertain from the first voice menu how to reach someone who spoke English, only Spanish. I pressed ** to speak to a human as directed by the support website, but that did not work. I continued to press ** until finally I was rewarded with "Thank you for calling Chase Home Finance. Goodbye" I went all through the same process again with the same results. Since I am an insurance agent attempting to find a mortgagee clause for a homeowner client who has a loan with Chase, I had no need for the menu I was given. This could cause me to lose a customer which inevitably could affect my livilihood.
