~billyncarla: I have been in the "trial" period of a home affordable modification with Chase for over a year. They have called me numerous times to ask for additional documents, and I always provide the information even if I've sent it twice already. I never get the same person twice when I call customer service and every time I get transferred to another person, I have to repeat my loan number, name, address, phone numbers, and last * digits of my SSN. This often happens up to * times in a single phone call. I have left messages for people and never once gotten a return phone call. I never get any assistance when I call, I feel I just keep getting pushed off onto another department until eventually the phone call disconnects. I have waited on hold for up to ** minutes only to get a message that says "We cannot continue to process your call. Please hang up." I would never, ever choose Chase as my lender again (I didn't personally choose them to begin with, but had very little choices and end
