~ceejai: The first time I called I waited ** minutes on hold, when the guy finally answered I asked a billing question. Instead of transferring the call himself to the correct extension, he put me on HOLD again and I waited, my first phone I used the battery went dead (so I picked up the extenstion phone I had) and that actually went dead too. Both my cordless home phones batteries went dead and I never did get off hold. I sent a couple of emails out and did get a message back to call a number and ask for the ext. of the Billing Dept. *I tried calling the number given and this time I waited ** minutes and finely when someone answered the phone, I asked for the extention number I was given in the email. The guy did not know how to transfer the call and hung up on me. *To be honest giving this companies customer service a score of * is REALLY TO HIGH, it is closer to ZERO.
