~drleh: I don't have time to be put on hold for this long. I tried the call back service only to be put through the original menu that the first number led me to. I felt tricked and lost. I am so confused and frustrated by their lack of communication and pseudo-willingness to help.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Chegg. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Chegg problem?
~drleh: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~drleh: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Chegg's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~drleh: For that I would say five out of five.
