~Apparently Oblivious: My credit card has been charged annually for an account I did not create! They were able to cancel the most recent one* however, they cannot cancel the previous YEARS! I had to call twice because both student advocates were "experiencing computer problems" as soon as I explained my situation. At least I was able to recover one of the three $**.** charges! Student advocates were pleasant, but I am truly disgusted with this company--and moreso with myself for not noticing these previous charges.

~Apparently Oblivious: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Apparently Oblivious: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Chegg's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Apparently Oblivious: For that I would say five out of five.

~Apparently Oblivious: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Chegg to know who you are.
