~ScammedbyChegg: The music Chegg plays on hold is atrocious to the point where you will more than likely hang yourself before a customer representative will talk to you. After my ears have been violated for ** minutes by the deplorable music I was hung up on automatically (makes sense right?). In addition, I received one notification that was intermixed with the ** spam emails I got from Chegg notifying me that my book was overdue. The message subject was very misleading saying something along the lines of "forget something?" to which I reply, yes, I forgot to STOP suing Chegg, sincerely, a pissed off customer.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ScammedbyChegg: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Chegg's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ScammedbyChegg: For that I would say one out of five.
