GetHuman-242062: There are no prompts to direct you to a customer service rep. It rings, an automated message says "Please hold for the next representative, and then it transfer you to what I guess is a queue all while playing this annoying a$$ music! Don*t waste you time with them! Better off going thru Amazon or Half
