GetHuman-426633: quoted me for ***$ online... did not give me my money. i sold them many books that were mine to sell, as well as returned the books that i rented for them. did not expect to get paid for the rentals, obviously, but they didnt give me the quote that they had promised for my own books. poor customer service, waited for ** minutes on hold. also, that hold music is awful. you need to change that!
