~nonblonde10: Called and asked how to get my report. Was told this is the number to call ONLY AFTER you receive the Chex System's "Consumer Report". Was told to request a report first from: Chex Systems, **** Hudson Road Suite ***, Woodbury MN *****. Once you receive your consumer report from them this is the number to call to continue investigation*removal. To receive your "Consumer Report" from them you must provide the following: *. Name,*.DOB,*.Social Security Number, *.Driver's License Number including State (no copy required), *.Current Mailing Address, and *.Home Phone Number or Contact Number. Indian guy was not hard to understand (obviously outsourced call) and said once I request and receive my report specifically from THEM to call back to this number to continue process. I was on Chex Systems once years ago and it will RUIN YOUR BANKING LIFE SO GET OFF IT!
