~aggrivated: I wanted to discuss what was on the report and I was told that they could not discuss that until I requested a report and recieved it. I just needed to know what and who was giving me a not so good name when no one else has. I just bought a new car last year and it didnt show up on that report.

~aggrivated: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Chex Systems's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~aggrivated: For that I would say two out of five.
