~Angel: On Hold: recording was muffled, difficult to understand, static-y.*Customer Svc: Not as bad static, but still a tad muffled: hard to distinguish ALL spoken words...BUT, After politely requesting the CustSvc Rep to please speak slower "because the bad connection is causing words to meld together", my business was handled promptly & thoroughly with utmost courtesy.*OVERALL: As a victim of Fed ID Fraud, I am VERY pleased with the speed of contact thanks to this *, and - coupled w*patience and courtesy on BOTH ends of the line - I am *-star grateful that issues were resolved so quickly. *Thank you.
