GetHuman-265602: The managers at the Chicago Botanic Gardens Cafe are seemingly incompetent. As an onlooker, I saw one of them (name tag said Ellen) verbally abusing one of the employees. As a customer it is never attractive to see this sort of behavior. The same woman was also short with me when I spoke to her about the slow service. I had been having a wonderful day at the Gardens until I visited the cafe. It was very disappointing.
