~HeyMIC: Unfortunately, the Chicago Tribune has sent customer service oversees* I have called several times and simply cannot understand the people who are trying to help me. Not their fault. POOR DECISION on the part of the Tribune. Too bad. When money gets tight, it is the existing customers who pay the price.
