~jep: I will always compliment store ****** for the wonderful service that is given to each and every customer that walks through the door. Kathy who is the manager is so professional and yet so friendly and courteous at all times. She is the best manager any Chico's store could have. Carol is always so helpful to me and she always goes one step further to help and make suggestions. Both of them know me and my style and I never go wrong when I shop at Chico's. A great big THANKS.

~jep: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jep: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Chico's's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jep: For that I would say three out of five.
