~Kathleen Crawford: I would like to express my personal satisfaction to Anne and Carla at store *****. I shopped there on Sunday and called in an order on Monday. Both CSRs went above and beyond to ensure I received all items I wanted. I brought a new Chicos shopper with me. She was very impressed at the service we received. I told her that Chicos has the absolute best service of any store that I have shopped in. I drive approximately ** miles and will continue to do so. The customer service is worth it. Keep it up! Your CSRs are tremendous and so are your clothes!
