~Elle: I have had over ** email correspondences with Nomorerack and consistently the responses did not address my question. I got a "thank you for allowing us to serve you." It was as if they never read my question. To add salt to the wound, I was told I would get a refund but without sales tax (illegal not to refund the sales tax).That took a lto of emails....until they agreed to the full refund (understandably less shipping). THEN on my credit card, ONLY THE TAX was refunded. The agent on the phone told me it was totally refunded. I had her hold while I called my credit card company. The agent at the credit card company told me there was no other credit. NOW, the Nomorerack agent checked further...there had been a glitch in the system, and no I had not been issued the full credit. It would be done today and I should expect it to be posted within * * business days. I will allow for that before I start a dispute through the credit card company. GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Choxi. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Choxi problem?
~Elle: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Elle: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Choxi's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Elle: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Choxi customers?
~Elle: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Choxi to know who you are.
