~charnarmour: I needed to return a ring that did not fit. SO I kept it in the car for a week and forgot to call them, when I did they were nice and helped me right away, yes I will order from them again. The problem was...They did not include their phone number in the packing, I found it on line. I would like to see more phone numbers and less .coms.

~charnarmour: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~charnarmour: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Choxi's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~charnarmour: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Choxi customers?
~charnarmour: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Choxi to know who you are.
