~Not happy: Yes I can. It was afternoon, on November 18th.

~Not happy: In case you don't already know you can't stop an order after * hrs. I ordered luggage for our trip to Denver Colorado that won't even be here until after we leave. My only recourse to getting my money back is to return once we get it.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Choxi. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Choxi problem?
~Not happy: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Not happy: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Choxi's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Not happy: For that I would say two out of five.

~Not happy: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Choxi to know who you are.
