~Dixie: We purchase a tablet in November for a Christmas gift, it was opened on December **, didn't work, had several adult techy people look at it,all said the same thing, needs returned. Call NMR, first customer service lady very nice gave me number to the tablet company. Called them, number is out of service. Call NMR back, next lady nice enough, says they don't have a working number, but that the tablet co. Will call me in *-* days. NMR won't return because its been over** days since I ordered it. Supposed to have * yr. warranty, what good is it if u can't even reach the company! No more sales from us!

~Dixie: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Choxi's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Dixie: For that I would say five out of five.
