~Rick: After going through * people, I finally got to a person to take my payment. He was very polite and let me vent. In my opinion, CitiMortgage is arrogant with the way it takes care of its customers. Pray to God that you don't miss a payment because you will go through agonizing ****.

~Rick: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
