GetHuman-270959: I am ready, after ** years of direct deposit with this bank, to tansfer all my money out. I have tried to call, go to a branch, call again, return to the branch and still could not get a CD closed and the money transferred directly to my account. Perhaps they did me a favor. I am taking the check they sent me by mistake and depositing the money in another bank. Enough of their ineptitude and rudenss.
