GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Citidecor customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Mel: Horrible, horrible!!! Placed an order on October ** and never received the item. They would go weeks to a month before returning emails or phone calls. Was just told I was credited for my order in late December via PayPal which is completely false as there is no refund in my Paypal transaction history. Do not buy from this company!

~Mel: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Mel: For that I would say two out of five.
