~jtequip: Long waits, multiple telephone trees, noisy call center in the Phillipenes, script readers, no clue, calls dumped then no call backs. Impossible to get anyone in US anymore. I've been trying for two weeks now.

~jtequip: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~jtequip: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Clear's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jtequip: For that I would say two out of five.
