~bear2423: Originally I wanted to change service. Never could locate someone who could help. They told me they would try, and then put me on hold for a half hour. I got so mad I started trying to cancel my service. After a month I still have not been successful. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel their service. You are always talking to a person who cannot help you accomplish what you want, but is willing to have you call another number to start all over with someone else who cannot help you either. I also went to their store where I purchased the equipment, and was told they could only sell, not give customer service or accept equipment returns. No one in this company can help you!!!!
