GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Clear customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~blaxer: they have outsourced all of their support to central america somewhere and you can't understand them, they don't know anything, they don't have access to any of Clear's systems and they can only IM*Chat with the real support people in the US.... What the **** is the point? Just have the phone hang up on you when you call, it will be more productive

~blaxer: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~blaxer: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Clear's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~blaxer: For that I would say two out of five.
