~mad2: I COMMUNICATE WITH PEOPLE FROM DIFFERENT COUNTRIES all THE TIME AND DO NOT HAVE A HARD TIME COMMUNICATING BUT THIS WAS HORRIBLE. RENEWED MY SUBSCRIPTION ON LINE BUT IT SHORTENED IT BY ONE MONTH AND THE CS PERSON COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A YEAR NO MATTER HOW MANY ISSUES ARE PRODUCED. I EXPLAINED IT * TIMES AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME. I WILL NEVER SUBSCRIBE TO THIS MAGAZINE AGAIN!
