~Tom B: I sent in a tablet for wty replacement * months ago. ALthough I have proof they received it, early on they could not tell where it was and asked to call back. In the past several weeks, all numbers are either disconnected, go to VM that's full and all cut the call - No email response from EVERY email address they have listed. The main * says to go to cobyusa.com, but that page says to call the main *. Endless circles and I think I'm out a tablet. Does anyone know how to reach a human?
