~TMartin: Escalated an obvious sign in problem to their customer service department and was connected to Sarah Anderson CSR who in the end - took two weeks to overstate the obvious problem, provide no resolution and then when I requested escalation, burned my time by sending me to a fictious Supervisor. Steer clear of this Coffee vendor.
