~Ray: Their global callback function did not work, so they emailed back over a week later, said to send them a screenshot to fix their button. Did that and it has been * weeks now, and now can't even login to their site, as verifiy code doesn't work and their system is not calling out to send a new one.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Coinbase. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Coinbase problem?
~Ray: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ray: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Coinbase's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ray: For that I would say three out of five.

~Ray: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Coinbase to know who you are.
