~ff: I sat on phone for ** minutes trying to reach Coleman's Customer Service. After ** minutes and still unable to talk to them, I hung up. I ordered a Coleman ** quart ice chest. They took my money. I still have not received it, and trying to track my order has been less than useless. There tracking system is a joke. I will never order anything from Coleman again. If you want to avoid a lot of frustration and grief-don't ever order anything from Coleman on line. I rate their Customer Service a "*" out of *-**.
