~lily1029: All of them spoke with accents. I don't mind it but it's hard to understand. That is not even the biggest issue. They did not know ANYTHING. One woman even said my test information is not in the system and to try back another time. Turns out, she typed in wrong name even when I spelled it out to her twice. Terrible customer service. She was about to hang up on me when I was still talking since she said she couldn't find it in the system.
