~ll3: Placed on order on ****. After waiting two weeks w*o word that item had shipped I called on **** to cancel my order. What a surprise when I was told that my order was shipping that day! Received tracking number that afternoon. It is now **** and tracking number states "will ship ****"...oh really? No reply received from customer service when emailed.
