~comed sucks: I used the 800-334-7661 number I found for on the GetHuman ComEd customer phone number page I was on: ComEd Customer Service Phone Number

~comed sucks: Filled out a change of service online, received an email the next day that additional info was needed. The email is a no reply email, no way to go back to my original request to add info. Had to call in and on hold for way to long only to speak with a rude employee. They have NO customer service! Lets raise the rates again for poor service! Any small business would be out of business if it treated customers the way they do. When will we say enough!

~comed sucks: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about ComEd's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~comed sucks: For that I would say five out of five.
