GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's ComEd customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~anonymous: I had to speak with * different people just to find out the answer to my question about how to get my ebills properly. I waited ** minutes on the phone the first time, and when I asked the woman if she could tell me why I wasn't receiving my ebills she simply said "no." So I asked her if she could tell me what to do to ensure I did receive my ebills she referred me to tech support, who referred me back to customer service. I also spoke with an extremely rude man who explained that the deposit I made by debit card over the phone last week was not applied to the security deposit like I asked. It took me *.* hours to get my bill straightened out! Absolutely ridiculous!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting ComEd. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a ComEd problem?
