GetHuman-16897: customer service rep was not good at listening.It semed like all she wanted to do was hear herself talk. I always had to stop her from talking to ask a question. She was not an understanding person.

GetHuman-16897: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?

GetHuman-16897: For that I would say four out of five.
