~Ethan weekes: I have been a customer of xfinity for a year and a half and all of a sudden they double my bill and when I asked for a manager to sort it out all of a sudden.. "no manager is available ", and that happened * different times I called, if there is "no manager available" who the **** is running this business?.. worst service I've ever delt with, if I could do it again knowing all of this would've happened I would have saved myself the head ache and gone with someone else, ***** xfinity!

~Ethan weekes: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ethan weekes: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ethan weekes: For that I would say one out of five.
