GetHuman-345630: I've had Comcast for * months and the service has been horrible. Dropped tv shows, dropped internet, random muting of tv shows, pixelated tv shows, etc. Customer service level were not helpful. Customer service mgr informed me that I still need to pay the early termination fee per my contract. My argument is that the service has been horrible plus several techs have already been to the house replacing wires and boxes with no change. I cannot believe Comcast would still try to charge me an early termination fee. I called the corp line and they have been extremely helpful so far. I am set up to receive a call tomorrow. I recorded all of the Comcast phone calls so hopefully this gets resolved tomorrow or I'm posting them all over social media for the world to hear.

GetHuman-345630: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-345630: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-345630: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
GetHuman-345630: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
