~NoChoice: I had some questions about a renewal and the customer service rep could not get me off the phone fast enough. Absolutely no help and was not able to explain the simplest question. She just repeated "that's the way the industry works" over an over. I happen to be a licensed insurance agent with an understanding of health insurance and was frustrated trying to get an answer. I can't imagine the average person trying to navigate this or getting any help. Really bad!

~NoChoice: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~NoChoice: For that I would say one out of five.
