GetHuman-mfwinst: Auditors do not accept Federal Government receipt policy and do not accept any electronic payments as a receipt. I sent the department my bank statements for the year with highlighted payments. Not a single payment was credited and my statements were sent to a wrong address, postage due with no return address. As a result of their negligence, my bank account was ripped off to the tune of $*,***. When I called on that, they did not even apologize. Said Turbo Tax does not do your tax right and federal requirements on Federal forms are superseded by Virginia audit procedures. Also, did not accept an electronically created ****R (or the amount paid to the state of Virginia).
