~jerolim: Dear Sir*Madam, I'm grateful for service your staff member Heidi provided me with a few hours ago. It is the best service ever since in Australia, (** years). My standards are very high and I hardly give a good feedback. At a very beginning she impressed me with clear and slow flow speaking. There were no repeating of needles "OK" every now and then. She guided me patiently and highly professional during the session. Thanking to her I've solved a problem, spared a money and saved myself from further struggling. Due to this, if I ever need a new computer, you will be my supplier for sure and will recommend you to the others. I do hope you will pass my feedback to this nice lady and confirm me that I sent the feedback on to right address where Heidi is working. My best regards, Marija Ljubic *P.S.
