GetHuman-76667: Recording informed me that all lines are busy and that they are unable to place me in a 'wait status'. My **** individual tax account has been in collections for a number of years. I am paying as best I can yet the delinquency does not permit me to participate in many opportunities for better housing etc. because it is deemed that I am not credit-worthy since I cannot completely pay off this horrible debt. In several cases* I have spoken to staff there and even replied in writing as to my limited finances.- yet there seems to be no resolution. At ** years of age and unemployable* my chances of resolving this issue to both our satisfaction is nearly impossible. Please help !! Yvonne D. Baskerville Case **********
